Returning Student to Cross Keys High School 

In the subject line please put:  Proof of Residency, your student's last name, first name and grade. Please send the information to [email protected] 

• Please send an updated copy of your proof of residence.

• Proof of ID MUST be valid (not expired).  
• Please include updated phone numbers and email addresses.

Rising 9th grade students from Sequoyah Middle School and PATH Academy:

NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT 

If a student is new to DeKalb and/or new to the country and speak another language the parents will need to contact Nancy Pritchett at 678.538.5246 or Estrella Pilar at 678.500.6855 to schedule an appointment for registration.  

If the student was NOT a Dekalb County student within the last school year, there is an online process which can be found here:   https://www.dekalbschoolsga.org/registration/

Documents needed to Enroll for New Student 

Copies of the following documents are needed from the Parent/Guardian: 

1. Withdrawal papers from previous school 
2. Parent or Legal guardian with photo ID 
3. Current proof of residence in the Cross Keys High School attendance area: 
   • Must be one of the following: 
     • One – lease or mortgage statement (parent/guardian’s name is MUST be on the bill or lease) 

Or 

• One – utility bill (water, gas or electric) (parent/guardian’s name is MUST be on the bill or lease) 
  • (Cable or phone bills are not acceptable) 
• A notarized affidavit, if the parent/guardian’s name is not on the bill or lease- A notarized affidavit, if the parent/guardian’s name is not on the bill or lease - https://www.dekalbschoolsga.org/documents/online-registration/affidavit-of-residence-updated.pdf 

The following documents are needed for the student: 

1. Birth Certificate 

2. Social Security card/Waiver 

3. Transcript and withdrawal forms 

4. Current immunization (GA form #3231)  

5. Current Hearing, Vision and Dental Screening (GA form #3300)
