HYBRID F2F STUDENT COHORTS

We are continuing to prepare to implement our hybrid face to face teaching and learning model for January.  The initial phases of the model have students split into 2 cohorts - A Cohort and B Cohort.

Families who wish for their child(ren) to return in the hybrid model need to follow the Cohort information listed below -

ALL GRADE LEVELS -

A Cohort - students with last names beginning with the letters A - K.

B Cohort - students with last names beginning with the letters L - Z.

Families will continue to have the option to keep their child(ren) in a 100% virtual teaching/learning environment. Families will have the option at every 4.5 weeks grading period to opt into the face-to-face hybrid model. Families may transition out of the face-to-face model at any time, but they can only return at a 4.5 week grading period.

If you have children with different last names, and you want them to be in the same cohort. Please contact the registrar's office.

Please note as we move through the re-entry process, there may be changes in the plan.  DCSD will communicate those changes, and I will send follow-up communication regarding any changes to the re-entry schedule.

Stay safe,

Jason Heard, Principal
