We learned this from the SkillsUSA Frameworks and at competition put it to use.” Thierno Barry, a quiz bowl participant, grinned and said: “Learning the SkillsUSA Framework and the history of SkillsUSA helped us to place. We are going to study and take the gold at State Competition.”
